Mousse heaven

I miss Red Ribbon’s chocolate mousse…Whenever I feel like my energy is low, I buy 2 slices of Chocolate Mousse and eat them like there’s no tomorrow. I can’t seem to find the yummiest chocolate mousse yet here in Beijing. So I just stare at this picture and wish I was back home…

Chocolate flavored mantou

My latest addiction is eating fried Mantou dipped in condensed milk. Mantou is very popular in China (currently studying here). I discovered that mantou has a lot of flavors….and my favorite…Chocolate! I’ve seen the plain brown one..but this I need to find! You can make your own mantou with this easy recipe:
