Cheap treats

I love cheap treats! I’m a cheapstake at heart and I enjoy value for money products. These are one of my favorite cheap chocolate treats: Chocnut and Flat Tops. When I was young, these are the ones I can afford when I was opting for snacks during school breaks. I guess everytime I eat these, I would remember simple pleasures in life.

ChocNut is very famous nutty chocolate snack in the Philippines. It’s has a unique taste plus it is a nostalgic eat for most Generation Y people because it was introduce during our time (80’s). Although I’m not a big fan of peanuts, I like this. Some restaurants back home make Chocnut flavored ice cream and desserts for the love it!

Another cheap treat is Flat Tops. I never get tired of eating this. I can actually finish a whole pack in one sitting, seriously addicting! I even bring small pieces in my bag whenever I go to work. I can actually say this is one of my comfort food. Munching on this brings joy to the child in me.
