Fudge, Cebu
Quite a homey desert place which has an unlikely location. I haven’t seen this place unless we were accompanied by my lovely local Cebuana Gale! She just knows how to tickle our food senses!
I imagine hanging out here and pretending to study while listening to emo music on a rainy day. If only this can be brought to Manila. It must surely fit the area of Fort however the price will surely jacked up! This heavenly place is called FUDGE.
I want this chocolava for my desert everyday! If I can be unmindful of calories…hmmm..
