Les Chocolateries
Let me share a peek of one of my favorite cookies from the Philippines.

Most of you would wonder if it’s a cookie right? Each piece is ultimately thin but rich with Belgian Chocolate which I found is addicting when you start munching on one. I first discovered this when my friends brought this from their hometown in Cebu. They ordered it straight from the maker! So I was curious about how this tastes because it looked like a thin biscuit, no sign of chocolate bits at all. Because of the cold weather in Beijing that time, it remained chilled which compliments its taste.
I love it and requested we’ll order boxes when we visit them in Cebu. The owner called the brand Les Chocolateries which sounds sophisticated yet fitting for its taste. I got to try their Chocolate Mint variety and I also ordered the White Chocolate one when I last visited Manila. They now have a distributor in Manila but I don’t know if the price is the same because 600g costs me 600 pesos!

I ultimately eating a few bites every now and then so it’ll last us 1 month!
Here’s the up close of the package.
