Chocolate Contrast Appeal
Aesthetics has always interest me. Even if I would eat anything that would spark my cravings, a good presentation is always a plus for a unique dining experience. Maybe there’s a yin/yang in food presentation also.
One of my “friends” gathering, we went to Cyma, which specializes in Greek Cuisine in Greenbelt (they also have another branch in Shangrila Mall). At the end of all the chit chats and bites in between (yummy cheese in sizzling plate with bread on the side and steak), we ordered the lovely Chocolate Lava Cake. I can’t simply stop ranting about this dish. I especially love this dessert because of the burst of chocolate surprise at the middle. With ice cream on the side to balance the taste, it is absolutely a perfect combination.

Heavenly chocolate dessert.
One of my favorite dessert, but I only got to discover a few perfect pieces from different restaurants. It’s best served with ice cream on the side, like hazelnut flavor. Nothing beats a blast of chocolate fudge to make your day complete.
