The Line

The Line is Shangrila Singapore’s premium hotel buffet restaurant wherein a great variety of food (ranging from Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Italian etc) is served.
The seafood variety was exquisite although I wasn’t able to touch Indian food this time (my stomach still isn’t in good terms with curries). Though the pastas weren’t as great, but I applaud the chic interiors!

and now to my favorite area, DESSERTS! They had the sort of wide array of Coldrock type of ice cream mixing area however, I don’t think their ice cream fits the mixing! It easily melts! Plus they had this fruity variety which doesn’t go well with chocolate bits or nuts.

For their pastries/cakes/mousses, I liked them at first bite however they seem to be bland right after 2 minutes of eating. I really don’t like eating desserts after a heavy meal because I couldn’t take in anything anymore. As usual, I forced myself to eat my favorite part..how ironic.

I had temporary amnesia that I was really full already. So I managed to eat 6 more kinds of pastries! Some were weird and dry. MY favorite is the chocolate mousse. These cute pastries are so cute I have a hard time destroying them haha!
